Abstract
The shape of the continuous γ-ray spectrum accompanying orbital electron capture has been computed taking Coulomb effects into account. Up to several times the characteristic X-ray energy, radiative capture of p-electrons is more probable than that of s-electrons. The large quantity of low frequency radiation is in agreement with experiment.
