Abstract
At first, epitaxy of a thin metallic deposit obtained under void from vapour of corresponding metal is examined on various crystallized substrates. The case of orientation of a metal by another one and the case of orientation of a metal by a support constituted with the cleavage of an ionic crystal, are studied more carefully ; an example of a metal oriented by an homopolar bonds crystal is given. Experiments and various hypothesis are then confronted.
