Étude comparative des centres luminogènes Ag et Cu dans les luminophores SCd et SZn

Abstract
Two kinds of luminescent centers are observed in SCd(Ag) as in SCd(Cu) (red or infrared emissions). The distances between their energetic levels and the full band indicate an analogy of constitution with the corresponding ones in SZn. The substitutional position of the foreign atom and its monovalence in both cases of SZn(Cu) are in agreement with the representation previously proposed by the author.

PACS
3350 - Fluorescence and phosphorescence; radiationless transitions, quenching (intersystem crossing, internal conversion).

Key words
luminescence -- cadmium compounds -- luminescence of inorganic substances -- zinc compounds
