Abstract
The empirical hyperbolic decay law (1) results from a) the dispersion of trap depths inside the different systems of traps ; b) the electron retrapping. The author discusses the importance of these phonomena and the dependence of the decay law on temperature with respect to the glow temperatures of the phosphor.
