Évolution des ondes de brillance en électroluminescence sous l'effet du champ et de la température

Abstract
The brightness wave dependence on voltage and temperature has been investigated. With ZnS(Mn) the waveform remains simple ; this supports the hypothesis of transitions inside the centres. With ZnS activated by Cu, Ag or Pb the temperature acts chiefly on the position and intensity of the secondary peaks ; the wavéform becomes simpler at high temperatures.
