Quelques méthodes et résultats sur l'étude cinétique de la luminescence et de la photoconductibilité

Abstract
Different methods have been developed to study the relaxation processes (build-up and decay) of luminescence and photoconductivity in the range 10 -1-2.10-8 sec. Many results led to a " pseudo-monomolecular two-stages mechanism ". Evidence for conductivity through a quasi-band of localized electronic levels is given.
