Les stades initiaux de la formation des couches métalliques minces obtenues par vaporisation thermique sur une surface cristalline
M. Blackman Abstract
A number of metals have been evaporated on to a silver substrate with a flat (111) surface. This is carried out in the electron diffraction camera at a low rate of evaporation and the diffraction pattern is observed in the earliest stages of the formation of the deposit. Quantitative measurements of the average thickness of the deposit at different stages have been made in a particular case by using radioactive copper.
