Le modèle des bandes dans les sulfures phosphorescents cristallins

Abstract
The assumptions made in the band scheme are examined. They concern the behaviour of electrons and holes, free or bound to the crystal defects. It is shown that these assumptions are generally valid. The processes of action and the representation of the defects in the energetic levels scheme are discussed.
